This lot contains 49 vintage glass Christmas tree ornaments ranging in size from 6 to 17 cm, all in good condition and very hard to find. A rare and diverse lot. The ornaments on the right are made of glass tubes, coated with silver on the inside, and wire. These are very rare ornaments called «Glass beads». The largest of them is a garland, similar to a necklace of tubes, measuring 48 cm. Below are various figures: people, birds, animals, vegetables, berries, lemon, pine cones, etc. The ornaments are a little yellowed, but in good condition for their age. Some may have broken glass under the metal holder, and some are missing the metal holders. The photos speak for themselves. Each bauble will be wrapped in paper filler. Glass beads are a type of bead in the form of oblong glass cylinders with a longitudinal hole for stringing on thread, fishing line or wire. The technology for their production was developed in the 17th century in France.
