The turntable is in excellent condition and works perfectly. It has been used very little due to a loss of interest in the Hi-Fi world. The platter shows no oscillation during listening, but if pressure is applied, a very slight play on the spindle can be noticed, which does not affect sound quality. For optimal performance, it is recommended to lubricate the spindle ball after about twenty hours with molybdenum disulfide anti-adhesion grease. The mounted cartridge is an Ortofon 2M Red, already adjusted. The counterweight needs to be mounted on the tonearm, as it is removed to prevent damage during transport. As per specifications, a tracking weight of 1.8 grams is recommended. Included are the original Pro-Ject dust cover and a black mat. The item is packaged and shipped inside the original boxes.
