Here we have Loro Piana’s interpretation of the M43, originally a US Army uniform from the warring years of the 40s and 50s. Loro Piana changed the jacket to make it more suitable for the civilian life: epaulettes removed, Cashmere flannel instead of the original drab cotton, and then many details added. The make is also elevated to a stunning level living up to Loro Piana’s reputation.
