This guitar, unlike many other nylon-string guitars, is equipped with a truss rod in the neck, making it easy to adjust.
The Martinez MCG-20 CEF has a laminated top panel and laminated sapele side/back panels.
Thanks to the extensive soundboard construction against the top plate, these guitars have an excellent sound.

The Martinez 20DEF classical guitar is built according to Spanish tradition.
With 'Spanish heel' construction.
This construction method is often seen in handmade Spanish classical guitars.
In this construction style, the inside and outside of the heel are one piece and are cut so that the sides can be folded in.
The result is a very stable neck construction, with fewer gluing points, resulting in an excellent sound.
The sound quality of the guitar is clear and open.
