Another Bushmills release distilled exclusively for the travel retail sector, is the Bushmills 21 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey. Triple distilled for 18 years in both ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, the whisky is then transferred to a first fill Marsala fortified wine cask where it slumbers for a further 3 years. This is where the magic really happens. Bottled at 46% ABV, the whiskey is a gorgeous dark chestnut brown. This is of course, obtained completely naturally.
