Three 18th-century Bible tiles.

One of the tiles depicts Moses receiving the Ten Commandments. The tile dates from the 18th century (circa 1750) and was made in Rotterdam. An almost identical example is illustrated on page 302 of the book 'Bijbeltegels/Bibelfliesen' by Jan Pluis. The tile is decorated with corner motifs of ox heads and is generally in very good condition.

Tiles are 13 x 13 cm.

Carefully packed and shipped with track and trace.
