A porcelain lid pot, circa 1985, with a blue linear pattern on a gray-green background. The monogram of Leen Quist (LQ) on the underside. In good condition. Unfortunately, only a small chip on the bottom of the lid. Otherwise, completely intact without hairlines or craquelure.

Leen Quist (Sint Philipsland, September 4, 1942 – Veere, April 11, 2014) was a Dutch ceramist known for his unique style, perfect finishing, and geometric (blue) lines. According to Thimo te Duits, author of Modern Ceramics in the Netherlands (1990), Quist's pots, bowls, and boxes 'testify to noble simplicity.'
