Three volumes in one book – in folio – contemporary full leather binding with a smooth spine and a parchment label with an impressed title.

Venetian edition of 1728 of the complete works of the Neapolitan doctor Luca Tozzi (1661–1742), one of the leading figures of 18th-century philosophical and Hippocratic medicine.

The volume includes three parts.
The first part of medicine (Volume one)
In Hippocratis Aphorismos Commentaria, Part One (Volume Two)
In Hippocratis Aphorismos Commentaria, second part (Third volume)

Printed in Venice 'apud Nicolaum Pezzana,' with numerous initials and typographical ornaments. Text in Latin in two columns.

Full leather binding from the period, spine with a parchment label and impressed title. Covers show signs of use, abrasions, and light foxing internally, but overall in excellent condition for its age. Pages are fresh, with wide margins, and the binding is solid.

Condition: good / very good. Some minor blemishes and slight age spots.
