Fighter pilot jacket - bomber jacket - flight jacket, Operation Barbarossa fighter squadron Mission 40 Look.

The jacket is very sturdy, robust and made to last. 
When you think of its age, this unusual piece is in a very good condition. The jacket is made from thick old German, high-quality leather. Rugged design. The main zip needs to be repaired, all of the others work great. The inner lining is also in a very nice condition. 


Some age-related signs of wear and tear, and a unique, contemporary patina. Another feature, which should be mentioned, is the beautiful leather colour + the RZM collar.

Such short leather jackets were worn by Luftwaffe flying aces during the war.

The quality of leather from the 1940s and 1950s differs greatly from the leather available in shops today. The leather is better, thicker, more robust and with hardly any wear. Thanks to these characteristics, old coats and jackets are very popular, very rare and are constantly rising in value with collectors.
