Janny Meijer ( 1938). 

A beautiful atmospheric still life by Janny Meijer complete with a matching frame. 

Janny Meijer was born in the village of Andijk on 25th July, 1938.
She spent her childhood on the farm, in the middle of nature.
As a child she had no interest in dolls or other toys, she preferred her colour pencils.
Her passion for drawing and painting still has an important place in her life.
Strictly speaking, Janny is self-taught, but at a later age she took private lessons with Jan Visser and H.F Boot in Haarlem.
She prefers small paintings with motifs such as chickens and ducks, landscapes, still lifes and beach- and cityscapes. 
Janny is a much sought-after artist, not only in the Netherlands but also elsewhere. 

The panel will be carefully packed and sent by registered mail.
