'La cupola' is a coffee maker designed by Aldo Rossi in 1988. Originating from the designer's wish to create a coffee maker everyone could afford, it is a little piece of architecture with a domed top, that indeed became a great success with the public. This object is useful and looks great at the same time; it is an icon of contemporary industrial design that makes very good coffee.
