About the artist Felipe Quintero Rosero (Pasto, Colombia) is a visual artist, designer, and cultural creator with over 20 years of experience. His background includes studies in advertising illustration, cultural heritage, landscape art, and ornamental carving. He has served as official jury of the Tambo Carnival and is the author of numerous floats and public light installations in Colombia.
