A decorative gilt tea caddy spoon, traditionally used for measuring loose tea leaves. Made of 800 silver, featuring a beautiful fan-shaped shell bowl with original gilding. The handle is richly ornamented in a Neo-Rococo style.

Hallmarks
Clear “800” hallmark in an oval cartouche – confirming 800/1000 silver purity.
Additional workshop hallmark next to it – heavily worn and unreadable, preventing attribution to a specific maker.
Round mark on the handle – also too worn to decipher.

These hallmark characteristics are typical for German or Austrian silver from the early 20th century.
