About Seki Knives These knife are made in Seki, Japan, a historic blade-making city with over 700 years of tradition. Seki is internationally recognized as one of the world’s leading cutlery centers, alongside Solingen in Germany and Sheffield in the UK. With roots in Japanese sword craftsmanship, Seki knives are known for exceptional sharpness, strength, and balance. Traditional techniques, refined over generations, are combined with carefully selected modern materials.
