On offer is a 14K gold vintage ETERNA manual wind wristwatch. Based on the case serial number 3102347 (approx. 1945-47) and movement's serial number 3348555 (approx. 1951), the watch was assembled and sold in the early 1950s. It was common for watch manufacturers to use cases and movements produced in slightly different years. This renders the watch an early post-WW II model, aligning perfectly with the elegant "teardrop" lugs popular during that era. It features a 14K solid gold "Calatrava" style round case. The dial is a cream patina dial with a mix of Arabic numeral markers (at 3, 9, and 12) and round dot indices. It includes a subsidiary seconds sub-dial at the 6 o'clock position. The watch measures 33mm in diameter excluding the crown and weighs 32gm including the strap. The watch is in excellent condition and runs extremely accurately. It was serviced and fitted with a new band a number of years ago and left unworn since then. Insured shipping with tracking.
