14 pcs Diamant (Natürlich) - 43.10 ct - Kissen - VS1, VS2 - Gemological Institute of America (GIA) - Antikes altes Minenkissen

This is a spectacular find for a collector or a custom jewelry designer. A 14-piece layout of Old Mine Cushions is incredibly rare, especially with GIA certification for each stone. Old Mine Cuts (OMCs) are the ancestors of the modern cushion cut. They are known for their high crowns, small tables, and large culets (the flat facet at the bottom). Because they were hand-faceted under candlelight in the 18th and 19th centuries, they have a "blocky" or "chunky" flash that modern diamonds can't replicate. This is exceptionally high clarity for antique-style stones. Purity: Most original Old Mine Cuts have significant inclusions because they were mined before modern technology. Having a 14-piece set that is entirely VS1/VS2 means these stones are "investment grade" in terms of cleanliness. The "Window" Effect: Because Old Mine Cuts have larger facets, inclusions are usually easier to see than in "crushed ice" cushions. The VS rating ensures that the "chunky" sparkle remains crisp and unobstructed. The fact that these are GIA certified is your biggest safety net. Authenticity: GIA is the gold standard for grading "Old Mine" facets. They will specify if the stone is a "Circular Brilliant" or "Cushion Modified," and their color grading for the M–Z range is very strict. Inscription: Having the GIA report number laser-inscribed on the girdle of 14 separate stones is a huge plus for insurance and identification. It prevents any "switch-outs" during the jewelry-making process. Important Information for Buyers: 1. Customs and Import Fees: ○ Your country of residence may impose additional customs and import fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. ○ The VAT is not included in the price of the stone as it depends on your country’s laws. ○ How to pay VAT? You will pay the VAT directly to the courier company upon delivery. 2. Country-Specific Information: ○ France & Portugal: French and Portuguese customs will only clear imported loose diamonds (gemstones) if they are handled by a local customs broker. The broker fee is not included in the price of the lot, and it will need to be paid separately. ○ Belgium: To import loose diamonds into Belgium, you must have a license and be registered at the Diamond Office. 2. Cancellation/Withdrawal by the Winning Bidder: ○ In case of a return, VAT, shipping fees, and customs fees will not be refunded. The buyer will be responsible for all costs incurred during the return shipment
