Silber, 925, Orange/Rot natürliche Koralle - Halskette

Rough orange-red coral, often called Moonga, is an organic gemstone created by marine polyps (Corallium rubrum), featuring a Calcium Carbonate composition, waxy luster, and vibrant red-to-orange hues caused by iron oxide. Valued for its soft, natural texture (3.5–4 Mohs hardness), it is used in jewellery and astrology to boost vitality, energy, and courage.  Key Information & Characteristics: Source: Primarily sourced from the Mediterranean Sea and Japan's coastal areas, with the best quality often coming from Italy. Appearance: Rough specimens are generally matte to dull-glossy, often exhibiting natural white markings, growth lines, or microscopic pits. Composition: Composed mainly of calcium carbonate and magnesium. Hardness: Very soft, requiring gentle handling. Significance: Associated with Mars (Mangal), it is believed to enhance confidence, leadership, and physical energy. Identification: Real, untreated raw coral is cool to the touch and usually displays natural, uneven colour variations.  Rough Coral Care Tips: Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, and hard materials to prevent scratches. Clean gently with a soft cloth or mild soapy water.  Value Factors: Colour: Deep, intense orange-red or oxblood red is highly prized. Texture: Uniform, smooth, and free of deep cracks, though natural surface patterns are common. Origin: Mediterranean corals are highly valued for their consistent. Physical Appearance and Luster: This stone has a smooth surface, which ranges from matte to glossy, depending on the polishing method. Hallmarked 925 Sterling Silver. 45cm long Necklace with natural coral cabochons in a beautiful design. Please note the sizes of the item listed and the description, photos are not the actual size of the item. Photos are enlarged and close ups to show the detail of the item listed. Lighting used to take photos can sometimes alter the colour in the photos and not correspond exactly to the true colour of the item, but we try to minimise differences in colour as much as possible. No extra tests are performed to obtain gemologist certificates, it is very costly and will increase the cost price of the item tremendously. No returns are accepted, see all photos before placing a bid. Also note the delivery costs comprise of postage, packaging, insurance and transport and are non refundable. If you are not satisfied with the delivery costs, then please do not bid on the item. If you do bid, then you agree to these costs and I would greatly appreciate it if you do not leave a negative review based on this. Parcel will be sent by registered mail and tracking number supplied. Once the parcel is sent, I cannot control the delivery time or problems that might arise during this process but if there are any problems, I will do my best to assist in any way possible. Deliveries to some countries may take 3 weeks or longer, please keep this in mind when placing a bid. Thank you.
