The Beatles – Please Please Me Label: Parlophone – PMC 1202 Format: Vinyl, LP, Album, Mono, Gold & Black Label, Northern Songs Credit, 2nd label pressing Country: UK Released: Apr 1963 Here we have from my personal lifelong Beatles collection one of my original Please Please Me LPs for auction. This is the second pressing (please note the Beatles Collecting Guide confirms this is actually rarer than the first pressing as less copies were produced & in fact only 900 in total is quoted by the guide). It has black and gold centre labels in very good condition and Northern Songs credits for tracks A1,2,B4 & B6 with Dick James credits for tracks A6 &7 . The centre labels are bright and legible. XEX 421 & XEX 422. This record was professionally graded by one of the UK’s largest and most respected music auctioneers with the vinyl as Very Good Plus with very light hairlines/ surface marks and nothing feelable. The sleeve is also graded Very Good Plus with bright clean covers , no tears or writing, and only some very light edge/ corner storage wear. It comes with the original Emitex inner polylined sleeve which again is in Very Good Plus condition with no tears. It also has a new outer cover for additional protection. I have a 100 per cent satisfaction rating on other sites as a seller of rare Beatles vinyl and memorabilia having been collecting since early 1960s and I send records in record mailers with additional protection at a very reasonable cost.
