Dial and Hands
The dial of this Oris is a true standout, featuring a complex and highly attractive two-tone design. The outer sector is finished in a bright silver tone with a prominent, undulating wave-pattern texture that provides extraordinary depth. This outer ring hosts applied golden faceted dart indices, with a prominent Arabic numeral '12' at the top, all interspersed with intact, pale green luminous dots. The inner section of the dial, rendered in a dark grey or black tone, features a fine concentric circular graining, providing a sharp contrast. A similarly finished subsidiary seconds dial is positioned at six o'clock. The golden alpha-style hour and minute hands are in excellent condition, retaining their luminous fill, which matches the dial plots perfectly. The dial text, including "ORIS 17 JEWELS" and "SWISS MADE," remains crisp and fully legible. The dial is exceptionally well-preserved, showing virtually no spotting, discoloration, or degradation, presenting a remarkably clean and vibrant vintage appearance.

Case and Crystal
The 31mm stainless steel case features a classic, elegant profile with gracefully sweeping lugs. The polished surfaces of the bezel and lug tops remain bright and reflective, showing only light, honest micro-scratches consistent with careful wear over the decades. The case flanks are similarly well-preserved. The original lines and transitions of the case appear sharp and largely unpolished. The knurled winding crown is well-proportioned and easy to grip. The domed acrylic crystal is clear and free of deep scratches or crazing, allowing an unobstructed view of the intricate dial. The screw-down caseback is clearly engraved with the Oris crest, reference number 7312, and specifications, remaining highly legible.

Movement
Powering this timepiece is a manual-winding Oris caliber, featuring 17 jewels. The movement displays a clean, industrial finish with decorative engine turning on the main bridge. The caliber is clearly stamped with "17 SEVENTEEN JEWELS UNADJUSTED" and "ORIS." The balance wheel and escapement appear clean and well-maintained. Strap
The watch is fitted with a striking, dark textured leather strap featuring a woven or scaled pattern with subtle iridescent highlights.
