ELENA PARASKEVA wurde von vier angesehenen internationalen fotografischen Gesellschaften als FOTOGRAFIN DES JAHRES (2024/2023/2021/2018) ausgezeichnet.
Sie ist Absolventin von HASSELBLAD MASTERS, WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY, LENSCULTURE, AESTHETICA, PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS etc.
Sie hat in renommierten Galerien ausgestellt und nahm an Biennalen in NYC, Paris, Tokyo, London, DUBAI, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Siena (Italien) usw. teil.

Sie hat sogar im EUROPÄISCHEN PARLAMENT in Brüssel ausgestellt. Die jüngste Erwerbung ihrer Arbeiten stammt vom Public Art Department der Västra Götaland-Regierung in Schweden.
