A lovely set of 3 nicely potted Chinese bowls and saucers featuring incised dragons over ruby ground. Iron red marks underneath the foot rims. A set of antique, colorful, nicely potted & incised bowls and saucers well from the republic period. Information Art / country: Asian Art, China. Type: footed cup / tray / tazza Period: Republic period (1912-1949). Heights of the bowls: 5.2-5.5cm / 2-2.2 ". Widths of the bowls: 11.2-12cm / 4.4-4.7". Widths of the saucers: 18-18.5cm / 7-7.3". Total weight: 1.11 Kg. Materials: Enamelled and incised porcelain. Provenance: European private collection. Condition: After very careful checks under natural and UV lights: NO repair, NO hairline, NO chip. Some small flaws inside the bowls and along some rims, some enamel losse no repair but some hairlines to the rim. Very light enamel, minor abrasion and wears commensurate with age and period.
