This exquisite black clay (Kuro-de) round pot features traditional Japanese "Kugibori" (nail carving) techniques, highlighted with elegant gold inlay. The detailed carving depicts a classical Japanese poem (Waka) alongside a traditional Heian period noblewoman (Shikibu), exuding a profound sense of authentic Japanese culture and elegance. The bottom bears the potter's seal "Eishu".
