EU-based professional seller — no import taxes for EU buyers. Get your hands on this serviced vintage Seiko Bell-Matic 4006-7010 from 1969 with mechanical alarm, rare blue sunburst dial, new crystal, and automatic movement. Guaranteed, collectible and functional vintage Seiko. Model History: The Seiko Bell-Matic Ref. 4006-7010 is part of Seiko’s innovative Bell-Matic line, introduced in the late 1960s as one of the earliest fully automatic wristwatches with a mechanical alarm complication. Produced by Suwa Seikosha, these models combined everyday practicality with advanced engineering, making them highly distinctive within Seiko’s vintage lineup. Powered by the in-house calibre 4006, the watch features an automatic movement with an integrated alarm mechanism, controlled via a second crown at 2 o’clock. This example showcases a more sporty aesthetic with its deep blue sunburst dial, inner rotating alarm ring, and contrasting orange indicator, elements that highlight both functionality and design flair. Specifications • Reference: 4006-7010 • Serial Number: 7N04394 • Year of Manufacture: November 1967 • Movement: Seiko 4006 automatic with mechanical alarm, day-date • Case Material: Stainless steel • Case Diameter: 39 mm excluding crown, 40 mm including crown • Lug Width: 18 mm • Lug-to-lug: 43 mm • Crystal: New, scratch-free • Dial: Blue sunburst with inner alarm scale • Strap: New leather strap Condition: This Seiko Bell-Matic is in very attractive vintage condition. The stainless steel case retains its original shape with well-defined edges and a pleasing mix of brushed and polished surfaces. There are light signs of wear consistent with careful use, but no major dents. The crystal remains clear. The movement has been serviced and is running reliably, with the alarm function operating as intended. The watch is fitted with a new leather strap and is offered without box or papers, with a 3-month functionality guarantee. I aim to capture the condition of the watch accurately.
