Comtesse "Neuchâteloise" Mantel Clock - Swiss Made - Hermle FHS 121-070 Mechanism (1974) - Mint Condition A stunning example of a mid-70s Swiss Neuchâteloise mantel clock by Comtesse. This timepiece perfectly combines elegant Swiss artistic design with the world-renowned precision of German engineering. The clock is in immaculate working condition, showing no signs of wear or damage to the casing. Cabinet & Design: • Style: Louis XV / Baroque "Neuchâteloise" style. • Finish: Deep black lacquered wood featuring exquisite, hand-painted floral decorations (Polychrome). • Details: Gilded brass ornaments and feet. The dial is white enamel with Roman numerals for hours and Arabic numerals for minutes, marked "Swiss Made". • Hands: Ornate gold-tone Baroque style.
