5 single stamps comprising the following: - Type I Report 2: 1 single stamp clearly obliterated with a gross chiffre cancellation - 55 Albi. It shows two minor flaws: a break in the upper frame above U of REPUB, and a white sloping line above the head of Ceres at 1.30 o'clock. - Type II Report 1: 2 single stamps both clearly obliterated with gros chiffre cancellations - 3982 Toulouse and 4096 Les Vans. The stamp cancelled with GC 3982 shows a minor flaw: a white spot near the edge of the central medallion. - Type II Report 2: 2 single stamps, one clearly obliterated with gros chiffre cancellation 3982 and the other a deep blue shade. Front and reverse of all stamps are illustrated and each stamp is shown separately to show distinguishing features of the various Types and Reports and the minor flaws more clearly.
