A fine and decorative 17th-century map depicting the Diocese of Liège (Leodiensis Dioecesis), an important ecclesiastical region in the Low Countries, centered around the city of Liège in present-day Belgium.

This map was engraved and published by Willem Blaeu in Amsterdam and originates from his renowned atlas Atlas Novus. It is beautifully hand-coloured, highlighting the rich detail and craftsmanship typical of Blaeu’s work.

Dimensions: 52.5 x 41 cm

Condition: In good condition for its age. There is some wear visible in two areas of the map. No holes, tears, or major damage.

Provenance: Acquired from a Flemish map collector.
