A solid example of Seiko’s dependable quartz engineering, ideal for collectors who value function-driven Japanese watchmaking. Although your 7N43-0AZ0 is not a true diver, it sits within the evolution of Seiko’s sport watches. First Seiko diver (62MAS) professional underwater use was produced 1965 Birth of quartz divers (7548, 7C43). As everyday sport watches (1990s–2000s)7N43-0AZ0 is created with features from divers of 100M water resistance, Luminous hands/indexes and Screw-back case, but simplified without rotating bezel and slim case for daily wear. There are light scratches and signs of wear on the case consistent with normal use over time. Case: Silver case shows very minor typical surface scratches, micro-scuffs, and signs of wear Dial & Crystal: The dial remains in excellent, clean condition, well preserved with clear printing, good conditioned 3 hands indexes and an attractive pitch-black texture. The crystal shows some minor scratches micro-wear upon close inspection. New Battery replaced April 10th,2026, of this year, and it was functioning normally at the time of listing, so it should continue to function without any issues.
