TAG Heuer - 2000 Series - Ohne mindestpreis - CE1120 - Herren - 1990-1999

The TAG Heuer CE1120 is a vintage two-tone quartz chronograph from the iconic 2000 Series, widely popular during the 1990s. It is known for its "Professional 200m" sports watch DNA, combining high-precision timing with luxury aesthetics like gold plating. Key Specifications Case Size: 40mm excluding the crown. Movement: Powered by the highly reliable ETA Caliber 251.262 quartz movement, which features a 1/10th of a second chronograph function. Materials: Two-tone construction featuring a stainless steel case and a gold-plated unidirectional rotating bezel. Dial: Features a matte black dial with three gold subdials, a date window at the 4 o'clock position, and a tachymeter scale around the outer rim. Crystal: Fitted with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Notable Features Precision Chronograph: The ETA 251.262 movement is distinctive for having a center minute hand (red-tipped) for the chronograph, allowing for easy reading of elapsed minutes. Bracelet: Paired with a matching stainless steel "three-link" bracelet equipped with a deployment clasp and diver's extension. Luminescence: Hands and hour markers are treated with a luminous coating for readability in low-light or underwater conditions. Condition The watch is in good vintage condition with signs of regular wear consistent with its age. There is visible wear and fading on the gold plating of the raised 'rider tabs' at the 10 ,20 ,40 and 50 markers on the bezel. The stainless steel case shows some light surface scratches and tiny nicks along the edges, but then again consistent with its age. The black dial and gold subdials are in excellent condition. The hour markers and hands show some aging of the luminescent material (patina), which is expected for this era. The crystal is clear and the bracelet shows typical 'desk diving' scratches and some stretching in the links, which is common for older TAG Heuer bracelets. It fits a 17cm wrist. The watch was serviced in March 2006 by a TAG Heuer-certified watchmaker ("The Hands of Time" based in Voorburg/The Hague (see photo of receipt, which will be added to the delivery)). Obviously, the watch has been fitted with a new battery, tested for water resistance (see results in photo) and all functions are fully operational. The service also provides one year warranty. The watch comes with the original box, the condition of which has unfortunately deteriorated over time. Insured shipping with tracking.
