Sie ist Absolventin von HASSELBLAD MASTERS, WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY, LENSCULTURE, AESTHETICA, PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS etc.
Sie hat in/prestigiösen Galerien ausgestellt und während Biennalen in NYC, Paris, Tokyo, London, DUBAI, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Siena (Italien) etc.

Sie hat sogar im EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT in Brüssel ausgestellt. Die jüngste Erwerbung ihrer Arbeiten stammt von der Public Art Department der Västra Götaland-Regierung in Schweden. Unter den öffentlichen Institutionen, die ihr Werk besitzen, ist das Boston Children's Hospital in den USA besonders bemerkenswert; dort befindet sich eine 500 cm lange Installation ihres Werks am Eingang der Abteilung für Kindertumorheilkunde.

Elena Paraskeva wurde von Saatchi Art als eine der "Artists To Watch" ausgewählt.
