AS 1220 – All Original – circa 1945–1950 Offered for auction is a beautiful and fully original Eloga Swiss wristwatch dating from the mid-20th century, a period renowned for innovation and elegant transitional design in watchmaking. This particular example features the highly desirable pointer date complication, with a central red hand indicating the date on the outer chapter ring (1–31), a characteristic design seen on early calendar wristwatches of the 1940s . The dial displays a refined multi-scale layout with applied Arabic numerals and faceted indices, complemented by elegant gilt hands and a striking red central seconds hand. The watch is powered by the reliable A.
