Außergewöhnlicher, 130 x 200 cm großer und weicher Teppich aus Wolle. Ein Einzelstück und Hingucker. Die künstlerische Gestaltung erinnert an Arbeiten von z.B Benita Koch-Otte, Sophie Taeuber-Arp, Kandinsky oder Klee. Der Teppich wurde in Handarbeit hergestellt und weist daher nicht komplett gerade verlaufende Kanten und natürlich hier und da kleine Unregelmäßigkeiten auf. Das Alter und die Herkunft des Teppichs sind mir leider nicht bekannt. Aufgrund des sehr guten Zustands, der Art der Wolle und vor allem der modernen (maschinellen) Einfassung schätze ich das Alter auf nicht mehr als 40 Jahre. Die Knicke und Wellen kommen von der Lagerung, legen sich aber, sobald der Teppich etwas länger ausgebreitet auf dem Boden gelegen hat. Sehr guter Zustand ohne Flecken oder Abnutzungsspuren. Der Teppich stammt aus einem Nichtraucherhaushalt. ENGLISH This is an exceptional and soft wool rug measuring 130 x 200 cm, a unique piece and a real eye-catcher. The artistic design is reminiscent of works by artists such as Benita Koch-Otte, Sophie Taeuber-Arp, Kandinsky and Klee. The rug is handmade, so it has slightly irregular edges and a few minor imperfections. Please view the photos carefully. Unfortunately, I don't know the rug's age or origin. Based on its excellent condition, the type of wool, and especially the modern (machine-made) binding, I estimate it to be no more than 40 years old. The creases and waves are from storage but will disappear once the rug has been laid flat on the floor for a while. It's in very good condition with no stains or signs of wear. The rug comes from a non smoking home.
