Characteristics of the wine Composition: Made entirely with Chardonnay grapes from three famous Grand Cru villages: Avize, Cramant and Oger. Method: It is the result of an assembly of three successive years, an approach that gives complexity and consistency to the style of the maison. Style: Anselme Selosse is known for his natural approach and the use of Burgundian barrels, which give the wine a rich, evolved and deeply mineral character. Degorgement: This specific bottle was degorged (final phase of yeast removal) on July 13, 2018. Technical Details Production: Limited to about 33,000 bottles per year.
