Dieses Original zeigt ein poetisches Stillleben zwischen Alltag und Traum: ein gedeckter Tisch mit Emaille-Kannen, Tassen und kleinen Süssigkeiten – davor Erdbeeren, dahinter ein üppiger Blumenstrauss, der fast wie ein farbiges Gedankenmeer über allem schwebt. Die Komposition lebt von starken Kontrasten (Rot, Rosa, Mint, Grün) und einer bewusst spielerischen, grafischen Linienführung.

Typisch für Fredi Gertsch ist die Verbindung von Leichtigkeit und Haltung: Das Bild feiert Farbe als Gefühlsträger – nicht dekorativ, sondern als Stimmung, Erinnerung und inneres Bild. Artist background:
I am Fredi Gertsch, a Swiss contemporary painter based in Burgdorf (Switzerland). Since 2021, I have been working from my studio and exhibition space in the historic old town of Burgdorf, located at Kronenplatz in a large street-level venue with four big shop windows — a place where visitors can regularly see my newest works in person.

My art blends pop art and street art aesthetics — bold colours, clear lines, collage-like elements and strong storytelling. Animals (especially cows, sheep and birds) and everyday objects often appear as protagonists to explore social, ecological and human themes with humour, warmth and optimism.

Many paintings are created freely from imagination, without a reference image. Others start from a digital sketch (Procreate), which I intentionally transform and abstract during the painting process until it becomes an independent work with my own visual signature.
