Vinified on the skins using the infusion method, then blended with Chardonnay, with 15% oak aging and no malolactic fermentation. Aged 6 years on the lees before disgorgement in June 2022. The 2014 sizzles with energy — finely cut and crystalline to the core, laced with striking vibrancy. Chalk, mint, white flowers, cranberry and blood orange race across the palate. Pure, ripe and concentrated: zesty red berries, wild raspberries, blackcurrants and raspberry liqueur, then sweet spice and smoky notes with a hint of undergrowth.
