Pentax MC 3,5/85-210mm Zoomobjektiv

Description:

Early zoom from Pentax: it was produced for only one year (1976). After that, Pentax realised it was too expensive to produce and switched to a slower 85-210m 1:4.5.

Here the lens is with its original case and original attachment lens (in effect a close-up lens, to allow focussing up to 1.9m): a very rare kit, especially given the great condition of the lens!

Condition:

Lens in very good condition, fully working.

Optics: very good condition, very little dust. No fungus, haze, separation, scratches, etc.
Mechanics: aperture and focus all work properly and smoothly. No oil on the aperture blades.
Exterior: very clean exterior, almost flawless. The only signs of use I see is a tiny place where the black paint is missing (see photo, on the bottom of the lens near the white button), and another one on the front of the barrel (see photo).

Case: clean interior, but heavy signs of use and age on the outside.
