Designer Bruno Ninaber. Pair of candlestick holders designed by Bruno Ninaber van Eyben, produced in the 1990s in the Netherlands for Randstad. The design combines stainless steel with thick black rubber elements. The structure includes a functional mechanism: by pressing the lower part, the upper rubber section expands to securely hold the candle. Both pieces are engraved "Bruno Ninaber Holland" and "Randstad" inside the legs. Ideal for: modern or minimalist interiors, functional design objects, collectors of Dutch design, table or shelf decoration, use with standard taper candles. The function of a candlestick, holding a candle, plays the leading role in this design. Replacing the candle in a candlestick often causes frustration. The candle doesn't fit properly and the stub won't come out. This candlestick opens and closes. By squeezing the ends of the two stainless steel parts together, the candle side opens, and the candle can be replaced. !!
