A beautiful and highly detailed French antique high-relief bronze wall plaque depicting the head of Jesus Christ wearing the Crown of Thorns. Executed in the refined French Academic tradition, the sculpture combines emotional realism with the subtle streamlined geometry associated with the early Art Deco period. The deeply expressive facial features, flowing hair, and dramatic upward gaze create a powerful devotional presence. The sculptural quality of the relief is particularly striking, with strong depth and refined casting details throughout.
