The Rolling Stones - LET IT BLEED – 1st UK Unboxed Decca Stereo - COMPLETE - Vinylschallplatte - Erstpressung - 1969

A very desirable first UK stereo pressing of The Rolling Stones – Let It Bleed, issued on the original unboxed Decca label with catalogue number SKL 5025 / SKL.5025. This is the 1st UK stereo edition, released in a front-laminated sleeve and complete with the original poster and the original printed inner sleeve. The printed inner is especially important because it lists “With The London Bach Choir” uncensored on “You Can’t Always Get What You Want”. On later copies, this credit was removed or blacked out, making the uncensored inner sleeve a key collector detail. The album was released in 1969 and is one of the essential Rolling Stones LPs from their classic late 1960s period. It includes some of the band’s most iconic recordings, including Gimme Shelter, Love In Vain, Midnight Rambler, Live With Me, Let It Bleed and You Can’t Always Get What You Want. The album captures the Stones at a peak moment, moving between blues rock, country influences, darker rock arrangements and gospel-inspired grandeur. This copy is especially attractive because it is complete, with both the poster and the correct printed inner sleeve. Complete first UK stereo copies on the unboxed Decca label are increasingly difficult to find, especially with the original inserts still present.
