ELENA PARASKEVA wurde von vier verschiedenen, renommierten internationalen fotografischen Gesellschaften 2024/2023/2021/2018 zur FOTOGRAFIN DES JAHRES gekürt.
Sie ist Absolventin der Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, Lensculture, Aesthetica, Prix De La Photographie Paris, Der Greif etc. und fungiert seit den letzten 5 Jahren als geschätzte Jurorin für das FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS.

Sie hat in Brüssel im Europäischen Parlament, in renommierten Galerien und während Biennalen in NYC, Paris, Tokio, London, DUBAI, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Siena (Italien) u.a. ausgestellt.

Die jüngste Anschaffung ihrer Arbeiten stammt vom Public Art Department der Västra Götaland Regierung in Schweden. Unter den öffentlichen Einrichtungen, die ihre Arbeiten halten, ist das Boston Children’s Hospital in den USA besonders hervorzuheben: Dort gibt es eine 500 cm lange Installation ihrer Werke am Entrance des Kinderkrebs-Flügels.

Elena Paraskeva wurde von Saatchi Art als eine der „Artists To Watch“ ausgewählt. Der Vorsitzende der IAA, eine der größten Kunstorganisationen, nannte sie „eine der größten Talente in der Fotografienbranche“. Der Kurator des Florida Museum of Photographic Arts schrieb, dass sie ein beeindruckendes Portfolio und hervorragende Fachkenntnisse in der Fotografie habe. Adobe, die Macher von Photoshop, lobten ihre Arbeit als „atemberaubende konzeptionelle Bildsprache“, und ScanArt International bezeichnete sie als „Meisterin des Surrealismus und konzeptioneller Erzählungen“.
