Dial and Hands
The silver sunburst dial is a masterclass in understated mid-century design, catching the light beautifully and radiating from the center pinion. It features an applied polished Rolex coronet at the twelve o'clock position, complemented by applied faceted baton indices that provide excellent depth and legibility. The crisp black serif and sans-serif typography, including the "T SWISS T" designation at the bottom edge, remains perfectly intact with no signs of print loss. The dial is in exceptionally clean condition, completely free of visible moisture marks, spotting, or surface damage, presenting a remarkably fresh appearance for its age. The polished baton hands feature intact luminous material that matches the small, perfectly rounded lume plots positioned at the outer edge of each hour marker. Case and Crystal
The stainless steel Oyster case features the classic combination of brushed lug tops and polished case flanks, paired with a smooth polished bezel. The case exhibits honest signs of vintage wear, including surface scratches and handling marks consistent with its age, along with evidence of previous polishing that has slightly softened the lug profiles, though they remain structurally sound.
