Compact and easy to handle, it is ideal not only for meat and fish, but also for vegetables such as daikon radish, pumpkin, cabbage, and herbs. A true all-purpose kitchen companion suitable for both professional chefs and home cooking enthusiasts. The blade is made from stainless molybdenum steel / 420J2 stainless steel, offering excellent rust resistance, durability, and easy maintenance. After use, simply rinse with water and wipe dry.
