Good vintage condition Rolex GMT-Master II “Coke” (Ref. 16760) – first generation GMT-Master II. This iconic vintage Rolex, produced in 1984, represents a historic milestone in professional watchmaking. Nicknamed the “Fat Lady” due to its slightly thicker case designed to house the new Calibre 3085, it is also the very first GMT-Master II ever created and introduced the legendary red and black “Coke” bezel.
