Jaeger-LeCoultre - 18K Gold - 1632 - Damen - 1958

Jaeger-LeCoultre Ladies’ 18k Gold Vintage Wristwatch – Circa 1958 An elegant and refined vintage ladies’ wristwatch by Jaeger-LeCoultre, dating to approximately the mid-1950s, circa 1958. This charming timepiece represents the discreet luxury and fine Swiss watchmaking for which Jaeger-LeCoultre is highly regarded. The watch features a small round 18k yellow gold case, measuring approximately 18 mm in diameter excluding the crown. The case is beautifully proportioned, with slender lugs and a classic polished profile. The case back is marked with 18K / 0.750 gold hallmarks, confirming the solid gold construction. Additional hallmarks are visible on the lugs. The dial has developed an attractive vintage patina consistent with age. It is signed Jaeger-LeCoultre and features applied gold-tone baton hour markers, with double markers at 12 o’clock. The original-style gold-tone hands complement the overall elegant appearance of the watch. Inside is a high-quality manually wound Jaeger-LeCoultre movement, signed Jaeger-LeCoultre, Fab. Suisse, and Swiss. The movement is numbered 1419386, which places production approximately in the mid-1950s. The “Fab. Suisse” marking indicates a version intended for the French-speaking/French market. The watch is fitted with a black leather strap with contrasting stitching. Please note that the strap is not described as original.
