1) THE PAPER AT THE GATES OF DAWN, released August 5, 1967 .This is the band's first and only album with lyrics and songs almost entirely written by Syd Barrett, who also gave his name to the band.
2) A SAUCERFUL OF SECRETS, released in 1968. David Gilmour joined the band, and this was the one and only time, for a very short period, that Pink Floyd had five members.
3) MORE, soundtrack to the film of the same name, in 1969.
4) UMMAGUMMA, released on November 7, 1969. A double album, part of which was recorded in the studio and the other part live.
5) ATOM HEART MOTHER, released in 1970.
6) MEDDLE, released in 1971. The album contains one of the most beautiful pieces in the band's entire discography, a 23-minute suite: Echoes.
7) OBSCURED BY CLOUDS, soundtrack to the film "THE VALLEY," released on June 3, 1972.
8) THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON, released on March 1, 1973.
This album propelled the band onto the international stage: it sold over 45 million copies.
9) WISH YOU WERE HERE, released in 1975.
This is a tribute from the band to its founder, Syd Barrett.
10) ANIMALS, released on January 21, 1977.
11) THE WALL, a double album released in 1979.
12) THE FINAL CUT, released on March 21, 1983, a concept album and the band's last album with Roger Waters, who wrote and sang on all the tracks.
13) A MOMENTARY LAPSE OF REASON, released in 1987.
14) THE DIVISION BELL, released March 28, 1994.
