Left: Deba knife, signed "Higashimura Mitsusaku" (東村光作). The wooden handle is branded "Sakai Registered Higashimura – Tokusen (Special Selection)". Right: Yanagiba knife, signed "Manjisaku" (萬治作). The original handle label remains, although the printed text has almost completely faded with age.
