Celadon bowl
Description:
Slightly flared rim, deep round belly, and ring foot; overall shape is upright and dignified. The interior and exterior are covered with a bluish-white glaze, undecorated, with a yellowish tint. The exposed clay at the base bears the inscription "Zhou Hao" in ink, likely a kiln mark.
This piece dates back to the Song Dynasty, approximately 960-1279 AD, and was made by Chinese hands. Its materials and exposed clay details indicate its material and production period.
Condition:
Good condition, with signs of use. There is a slight chip on the rim, but no signs of repair. It produces a clear, ringing sound when tapped. It has been examined with strong UV light. (Please refer to the photos if the text is not clear enough.)
