Seiko - King Seiko - Ohne mindestpreis - 5625-7000 - "Blocky" - Herren - 1970

EU-based professional seller — no import taxes for EU buyers. Get your hands on this vintage King Seiko 5625-7000 Hi-Beat from 1970. Serviced, guaranteed, with silver sunburst dial, new crystal and strap. Classic KS automatic with gold medallion caseback - a highly collectible vintage Seiko. Model History: The King Seiko line was created to represent Seiko’s highest standards of mechanical watchmaking outside the Grand Seiko program. Introduced in the late 1960s and produced by Daini Seikosha, the King Seiko 56-series marked Seiko’s move toward slim, high-beat automatic movements with refined finishing and excellent real-world accuracy. The ref. 5625-7000 is powered by the calibre 5625, a 28,800 bph Hi-Beat automatic movement with hand-winding and hacking seconds, but without a day complication, making it one of the cleaner and more balanced KS dial layouts. Its sharply faceted case, applied indices, and restrained silvery white sunburst dial reflect the precise, functional design language that defined King Seiko at the turn of the 1970s. Specifications: • Reference: 5625-7000 • Serial number: 011927 • Year of manufacture: January 1970 • Movement: Seiko 5625 automatic + hand-winding, Hi-Beat • Case material: Stainless steel with gold medallion caseback • Case diameter: approx. 36,5 mm (38 mm with crown) • Lug-to-lug: approx. 42 mm • Lug width: 18 mm • Dial: Silver sunburst • Crystal: New, scratch-free • Strap: New black leather strap • Crown: Signed KS Condition: The watch is in good vintage condition with visible signs of age and use. The stainless steel case is well preserved overall, with normal surface scratches, small marks and light wear on the bezel, lugs and case sides. The case still has strong, attractive lines and a bright polished appearance. The silver sunburst dial remains attractive, with applied hour markers, a framed date window and visible KS Hi-Beat printing. There is noticeable age-related patina on the dial, including small spots and marks, especially around the lower left edge between 6 and 7 o’clock and around the upper right section. The “Automatic” printing below the Seiko logo is partially faded. The hands also show visible ageing and patina, particularly on the inserts, consistent with the vintage character of the watch. The crystal has been replaced with a new, scratch-free one, giving the watch excellent clarity. The caseback is clean and clearly marked with the reference and serial number, and it still retains its KS medallion. The watch is fitted with a new black leather strap. The movement has recently been fully serviced and the watch is fully functional. It comes with a 3-month functionality guarantee. I aim to capture the condition of the watch accurately. Please make sure to review the pictures closely before bidding. The watch has been completely serviced by a professional watchmaker and tested for full functionality. The water resistance of the watch cannot be guaranteed. Shipping from Hungary with tracking and insurance.
