Die Farbe zeigt sich in einem dunklen Blau. In der Nase ist sie reich an Noten von reifen roten Früchten und einem Schokoladenfinish. Der Körper ist voll mit Aromen von wilden Brombeeren, mit samtigen Tanninen und einem langen, würzigen Abgang, am Ende mit Noten von Kakao-Pulver. Ideal zu ersten Gängen und rotem Fleisch wie Lepre (Hase) und Wildschwein. Produziert in nur 2000 Flaschen von dem Meisterwinzer Michel Rolland.
Caratteristiche: Die Nase ist kompakt mit Anklängen von schwarzen Johannisbeeren, Graphit und Hauch von Geranie. Am Gaumen ist es äußerst frisch mit salzigen und zitrusartigen Tanninen.

The body is full with wild blackberry flavors with silky tannins and a long, savory finish with chocolate powder flavors in the finish. Ideal with first courses and red meats such as hare and wild boar. Produced in only 2000 bottles by the master winemaker Michel Rolland.
Characteristics: the nose is compact with hints of black currant, graphite and touches of geranium. On the palate it is extremely fresh with salty and citrus tannins.
