ÜBER DIE KÜNSTLERIN

Die Arbeiten von Elena Paraskeva befinden sich in institutionellen und unternehmerischen Sammlungen, darunter die Public Art Abteilung Schwedens (Västra Götaland Regierung), Boston Hospital, USA (große 500 cm Installation am Eingang zum Kinderkrebsbereich), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, Affinity (Serif) und weitere institutionelle sowie unternehmerische Sammlungen.

Im Jahr 2026 wählte der Magnum-Fotograf Alec Soth, der weithin als einer der einflussreichsten lebenden Fotografen gilt, persönlich ihre Arbeiten für eine Ausstellung in Griechenland aus, die unter der Ägide des griechischen Kulturministeriums stattfand.

Ihre Arbeiten wurden im Europäischen Parlament in Brüssel sowie auf großen Biennalen und Galerien in NYC, Paris, Tokio, London, Dubai, Sao Paulo (Brasilien), Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur, Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga, Linz, Graz, Siena usw. gezeigt.

Sie wurde von vier verschiedenen internationalen Fotografengesellschaften zur International Photographer of the Year (2024 / 2023 / 2021 / 2018) gekürt.

Sie hat internationale Anerkennung und bedeutende Auszeichnungen von Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix de la Photographie Paris, International Photography Awards (IPA), Neutral Density Awards und vielen weiteren erhalten.

Ihre Fotografien wurden im Smithsonian Magazine, The Guardian (UK & Australien), The Times, Vogue.it, Aesthetica, LensCulture, PDN, Photography Masterclass und zahlreichen weiteren internationalen Publikationen veröffentlicht.

Seit 2021 ist sie Jurorin für den FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS und fungiert jährlich als Preisrichterin bei mehreren internationalen Fotowettbewerben. Sie ist auch ehemalige Adobe-Ausbilderin und Markenbotschafterin.
