Introduced in the 1990s and never really altered since, it is built around a case of extreme slimness, a dial cleared of everything but applied batons and the winged hourglass, and hands so fine they seem drawn rather than made. This example is executed in gold tone, the champagne dial catching the light across its full width, and is fitted to a black crocodile-grain leather strap with a gold-tone Longines buckle. A complete and attractive example of a very slim dress watch, worn but well kept. Case & Bezel: The gold-plated case retains its slim profile and its warm tone, with fine hairline scratches across the polished surfaces and light thinning of the plating on the high points, principally along the caseband and the lug tips. The steel caseback shows the usual light scratching. Dial & Crystal: The champagne dial is clean and even, with all applied batons and both hands present and correct. The crystal is clear, with only light surface marks. Bracelet & Clasp: The leather strap is supple and intact, with creasing and softening at the fold and light wear around the buckle holes, as is normal with use. The gold-tone buckle shows minor plating wear. Functions: Quartz movement, running at the time of listing. Time setting operates correctly.
